Tube dimensions for Hydraulic Tubes
Inside diameter ranges from 6 to 80 mm and wall thickness ranges from 1.0 to 12.5 mm. Precision Citizen Metal are delivered according to EN 10305-4, DIN 2391-1, STN 42 6711 and 42 6712, ČSN 42 6711 and 42 6712. More detailed overview of produced dimensions according to EN standards, according to ASTM standards and according to JIS standards.
The Steel grades for the Hydraulic Tubes
Tubes are produced from the following steel. According to STN and ČSN 42 0260: 11 353, 11 523, according to EN 10305-4: E215, E235, E355 and according to DIN 2391-2C: St35 and DIN 1630: St37.4, St44.4, St52.4. Overview of the steel according to ASTM, BS, UNI, NF A, JIS and PN-H standards together with its chemical composition and its mechanical properties. Steels are produced in an electric arc furnace and they are fully killed. Upon agreement it is possible to deliver other types of steel.
Micropurity
According to NFA 04 - 106 or ASTM E45 (JK ranking) max. A4-B2-C2-D2. Upon agreement it is also possible to assign according to EN 10247 or ISO 4967 (a – sulphides, B – Alumina, C – silicates, D – Oxides). Grain size meets the EN ISO 643 – 5 and finer.

Allowable pressure for Hydraulic Tubes
